Penetration Sealing

Through-penetrations in fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings are one of the most common points of fire and smoke spread in buildings. Our penetration sealing service ensures every pipe, cable, conduit, and HVAC duct is sealed with UL-listed materials installed to tested configurations.
What We Seal
We seal all types of penetrations including metallic and non-metallic pipes, cable bundles, conduits, cable trays, HVAC ducts, and mixed penetrations through fire-rated construction.
Materials Used
We use intumescent sealants, caulks, wrap strips, collars, and sleeves from leading UL-listed manufacturers. Every material is selected based on the specific penetration type and fire rating required.
Documentation
Every installation is fully documented with photos, system numbers, and compliance records so you have complete evidence of code compliance for inspections and audits.
